•Send parcel post mail overseas for U.S. troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan and have it arrive in time for Christmas. Space-available mail should go out by Nov. 28, parcel-airlift mail by Dec. 4, and first-class letters or cards by Dec. 11.

•Comment on changes to commercial-use fees at Montana State Parks, fishing access sites and wildlife management areas. The proposed changes would establish a $100 minimum annual fee for water-based outfitters and would assess a $50 late fee for failing to pay permit fees or submit records on time.
