Doris Spencer, a china and toll painter also known for her flowerbeds and roses, died the morning of June 19, 2013.
She was born to Warren and Margarette (Sager) Lloyd in Minnesota. She went to Wahkon High School where she met her husband of 68 years, Ellsworth “Spence” Spencer.
Survivors include a sister, Marybell; a son, Allen; a daughter, Delrose; three grandchildren; four great-granddaughters; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services were June 25 at Parkhill Assembly of God. Her ashes were to be scattered with those of her husband on her son’s ranch in the East Rosebud Valley. Arrangements were in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapel.
