Delores “Dodie” Krueger Farmer, 79, of Billings, who had worked as a transcriptionist for a court reporter, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, of cancer.
She was born Feb. 21, 1934, in Gillespie, Ill., to Albert and Violet (Ruona) Krueger. She was the youngest of three children and attended schools throughout Montana and Wyoming.
She married Jim Farmer in November 1951 in Billings. She attended Billings Business College and worked at First National Bank. She then became a legal secretary, which led to her career as a transcriptionist for a court reporter.
Survivors include daughters, Jody Del Priore, Margo Ivie and Gail Farmer; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
At her wish, no services were held. Arrangements were by Cremation & Funeral Gallery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or RiverStone Hospice.
